i actually found it relatively fun to play, i didn’t listen to any of it, i just had it on mute and listened to music and just ran through the game in about 4 nights

I’m stuck on that big fucking Asteroid, gonna have to look up how to do it on youtube.

Anyway i’m definately back into the swing of things with this game and i’m loving it.
Playing this just reminds me of how much Capcom fucked up Resident Evil 5. I mean Dead Space has quite abit of action but the atmosphere, sound design and the whole creepiness of the game just puts it’s above and beyond Resi 5, lets hope capcom can fix that shit for the next big console release.

Anyway my Collector’s Edition got shipped to me today, so fingers crossed I get it a day early, but it doesn’t matter either way really coz i’m finishing the first one before I jump into the sequel.

lol which asteroid? the one on the ship you have to put the beacon on?

I got two levels left. The game is pure quality. Great graphics and superb sound. I love how they incorporated the in game talking between characters instead of cutscenes. They did it like half life 2 in many places which is great. cant wait to get into part 2.

Ye, I think it’s the beacon part. On chapter 7, the one after that big ass plant monster thing lol.

you have to jump onto the asteroid and QUICKLY go to the top of it. …so jump to the edge and as soon as you land run out to the outside (the side facing space). doing that will prevent you from being chopped in half lol. So on that side you can safely place the beacon. also there are tethers you have to destroy and a few enemies so watch out. Also watch because of your limited air out there as well. Once your done go back inside and do the inside ones and your all set.
