I saw Friday the 13th when it was released in the pictures and i enjoyed it.
To me it was one of the better Horror remakes done recently.
Alot better than the remake of Halloween. I hated that one. I thought it was awful, but then again, the original is one of my favourites of all time so there was no way it would live up to it.

I seen the new Halloween gotta say it was one of the worst movies ever.
It was complete shit
Plus there was girls yelling during the movie advising the characters on what to do in the movie. They was loud as fuck.
I recommend rewatching the entire original series rather than this.
So people said they didnt like the first one I enjoyed this but this was really shit

I can’t believe they even remade Halloween to be honest.
It is such a classic film and it didn’t need to be touched.
In my opinion Halloween is one of the best series of Horror Films ever.
Before these remakes there were 8 films in the series, and out of them i only find 2 of them bad.
I have the Halloween boxset on DVD
we have the first 2 films, which start Jamie Lee Curtis which are straight classics.

Halloween 3 Season of the Witch, this is one of the bad ones which i don’t even consider a Halloween film because it has nothing to do with Michael Myers

Then we have

Halloween 4 The Return of Michael Myers
Halloween 5 The Revenge of Michael Myers
Halloween 6 The Curse of Michael Myers

I think each of those films were great horror films.
If you compare them to the likes of the later films in the Nightmare on Elm Street and Friday The 13th series, then you will see that Halloween is far superior.

After that we get Halloween H2O, Which is one of my favourites.
Again it starred Jamie Lee Curtis as Laurie Strode and was made as if 4,5 & 6 never happened, so therefore it made the original Halloween vision into a trilogy.

Halloween Resurrection should have never been made and the only reason i think Jamie Lee signed up to it was for the paycheck and to stop people bitching at her to come back for every other Halloween film.
Michael Myers was killed at the end of H20, and for me that is the end of the story.

The word is now they are making a new Halloween film in 3D but Rob Zombie won’t be attached to it.
I just wish they would leave it alone now.

Just watched The Dark Knight, it’s the first time i have seen it since it was released in the pictures.
It really is an incredible film.
My only problem with it is Batmans voice.
I’m sure Christian Bale could have come up with something better. It is sooooooooooo irratating and makes him sound like he’s got the worlds worst lisp.
I cannot fault Heath Ledgers performance. It’s just a shame that if he was still alive i do not think he would have recieved the Oscar, he would have been overlooked.

Another fim i watched today is ‘AdultHood’, the sequel to the classic British film ‘KidultHood’.
To be honest i didn’t like it as much as the first. The characters in it were just plain dick heads and i didn’t feel like i could relate to them like i could in the first.
It was decent though.
