Thor was better than Green Latern.
Maybe it is because I never really read any Green Lantern comic books. But I knew enough about the character. I think at the end I hated the actor that played Hal. Plus I would disagree I found GL to have more corny parts like the helicopter scene.
Also like so said in the podcast I believe, the villains are just not that interesting the scientist was just a weirdo and Parrallax wasnt that interesting. Kind of reminded me when Gallactus was just a cloud in FF2.
Sinestro should be the next villain so that might be better. Have you seen the after credits scene

Captain America is another character I dont care about but with it being set during WWII it could be a decent movie.

true. i caught the end with sinestro. thor was better and yeah the helicopter scene was weaksauce. There were some cool moments though and his discovery of the powers or at least how they introduced him to them was done well though.

Finally watched Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part One last night. Loved it! Can’t wait for Part two next week.
I also can’t believe I have been watching these films for the past 10 years. Time has gone so fast.

Just got back from watching Transformers. It was a decent film. I only went coz my brother wanted to see it and he paid etc. I didn’t really understand what was going on and why though because I haven’t seen the other two films, but the action was pretty great. The part with the big worm thing going through the building was sick.
The 3D was pretty weak. Contrary to what I have read in reviews and shit, I don’t think the 3D in this was anywhere near as good as Avatar.

Just got back from seeing Harry Potter, absolutely loved it. I think making the last book into two movies really paid off.
Can’t believe after 10 years it’s finally over.

Just watched Insidious.

It was pretty creepy I guess. Didn’t freak me out as much as Paranormal Activity did, but parts do definitely get under your skin. Worth a watch if you like Supernatural type horror films which I prefer to the Slasher Flicks.
