Here is the Uncharted 3 gameplay footage that was shown last night on Jimmy Fallon. A little awkward but you get to see some of the French chateau gameplay as the chateau burns down and Drake and Sully try to escape.
Sight off the bat you can see that the melee system is more robust than in previous games as drake jumps on top of an enemy to take them down. Also there seems to be more moves overall in the melee system in this video.
