CNN just published an article about Wii shortages over the upcoming holiday season. According to the article Reggie Fils-Aime, president of Nintendo of America says that Nintendo will not be able to catch up with demand until “early next year.” The article contains a very good quote that sums up my thoughts on Nintendo’s strategy:

I guess these new Wii remote condom jackets are to help prevent slippage and TV wreckage. I am not sure I will use them but I will order them since its for freezies. Get yours here.
After watching the videos of “Sin and Punishment” I sucked it up and payed the entry fee ($12) and I am not disappointed. It is definitely one of the true gems on the virtual console. Sin and Punishment is action packed shooting action and if I did not have work to do I would still be working my way through the game blasting fools.
This video has been removed from YouTube. Oh yeah and so does Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels which was a Japan only release until now. Virtual console Monday this week is decent.
