Already paid for. It’s ok anyway. I’m not getting it. Every where is sold out of the Hardened Edition. I would have used his money to get that, because then at least I’d have the Map Packs included with that Elite shit, but nevermind. Saves some money I guess.

Yo, my Dad said he would buy me MW3 Hardened Edition because I passed all of my uni assignments, but that shit is sold out every where lol. I’ve tried contacting HMV in the City Centre because I know they are doing a midnight launch but no one answering the phone. Lucky escape?

lol I fucked up bad. I saved over my Crushing Playthrough file after I finished it by mistake, so I lost the ability to go back to individual chapters to collect the 3 treasures I was missing. So now I have to play through the whole game again just to go and get them. Typical those treasures I need are right at the end of the game lol. Oh well. Already on Chapter 10. Still should have the platinum tonight.

Yo, Brook jinxed this shit fo’real. I had no glitches or bugs whatsoever in my first playthrough, now after Brook mentioned that shit. I got a full system freeze so had to reset the PS3.

Seriously? I found the combat a definite improvement. For instance, the Market scene where you can grab an opponent, throw him up against one of the stalls, pick up a frozen fish and smash it over his head were great and funny moments. It felt a lot more fluid to me with the counter attack and things.
Technically the game is so much more polished. The way the fire burns up the Chateau, the way the water sloshes about from side to side in the pool on the boat, the way the sand in the desert moves and the footprints you leave, it was just beautiful to look at.
I read a patch was in the works about the somewhat off aiming controls though.I think the problem is Uncharted 2 was such a technical advancement not only in terms of graphics, but in gameplay over Drake’s Fortune and pretty much any other console game released at the time, and was an incredible game to boot, that the backlash was bound to happen for Uncharted 3. I mean how do you top it? From the reviews I have read it just seems like nitpicking to me. Think of the most dumbest shit you can, which you can probably overlook in the game anyway and deduct points because of it. I’ve even read people complaining that the story focuses a lot more on the relationship between Drake and Sully.
That was one of my favourite things!
I’m glad they explained how they came to meet, how Sully took Drake under his wing, to be a better crook yes, but he provided Drake with the father figure he was missing, the young Drake even says that he doubts his Parents would be worried about where he was during that first conversation they have. Drake really has to come to terms with the fact that no one is getting any younger and least of all Sully, and is it selfish of him to keep putting Sully in danger with these wild adventures. He has to look at himself in the mirror and the events near the end of the game really go to show how much Drake cares about Sully and how he literally would go to the ends of the earth for him.
It was just an amazing experience to me yet again and I loved every minute of it.

Erm, I think years ago it was more based on where you lived but now I don’t think it really matters. I support United because that’s the team I was brought up to support because my Dad supported United so it’s just stuck. I mean there are certain areas in Manchester where you will a higher number of those particular fans, but like I say it’s more often than not just passed down through the generations.

I’m having to hustle for the next week in order to get some money together for this game. After playing Uncharted, I don’t think Skyrim will take GOTY now because Uncharted was far too epic for this world, but I still can’t wait to play it.
