the switching is not done through a pcb… its using a DB25 switch. yeah I wanted to avoid using boards for switching becuase of lag etc… the more simple and direct the better…to me at least

Hit up the SRK trade thread. You have to be a member to access it. Tons of sticks are on sale there.

[EDIT] Also if your not stuck on wireless you can build a PS3 stick SUUUPER easy with just a screwdriver and no soldering. Get a [font font=”Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif”] Cthulhu or chimp[/font] board from lizard lick. Its functions as a PS3 board and it has all the screw in spots you connect to the buttons and stick. Just screw it in and put it in the case and your done.

Uh… well I bought one of his replacement top panel plexi’s (black top on my stick above)

and its pretty solid. those seem to be made thicker so it should be fine.

Good stuff brook…I don’t have the patience to customize. I have a Hori Arcade stick that I don’t use to often. It needs new buttons because they are not as responsive as my TE.

after pricing out parts and everything i realized that even making a “D.I.Y.” stick is going to be over 200 dollars this will definetly have to be something that i do over time. for now i just took advantage of the carzy sale going on over at http://store.gameshark.com te stick for 104 shipped
