Thats why I did but somehow I missed the level 8 one so I gonna I started a new game recently but havent been much on it will probably jump on it. Fallout 3 is most defiantly one my favorite game of all time. I just love everything about

So, you’ve taken part in Operation Anchorage and visited The Pitt and you’re still hungry for more Fallout 3 content? Luckily you don’t have too much longer to wait for Broken Steel, the third — and largest — piece of downloadable content for the game, which will be made available on Xbox Live and PC on May 5.
Not only does Broken Steel add a new main quest line which, at four to five hours, is longer than The Pitt, but it also removes a lot of Fallout 3 fans’ major qualms with the game — the ending. Broken Steel takes place after the original ending of the game, allowing you to continue to explore the world after the main quest line is complete. It also increases the level cap from 20 to 30 and introduces some new high-level perks, armor and weapons.
The original Fallout 3 endgame has been changed, so that three companions will no longer refuse to aid you in your final task. The Broken Steel story picks up two weeks later, with you dealing of the consequences of your actions. Don’t worry, completing Broken Steel won’t end the game either. The folks at Bethesda haven’t moved the finishing line — they’ve dismantled it.

So basically it means they have made like oblivion where you can just search the world after all the main shit is done without having to load up an old save.

i sold this game ages ago! didn’t like it, it was TOO much of an open world for me, i prefer somewhat of a more linear sort of game…don’t hate, just my preferance
so, how are you supposed to make it to level 30 with only another 5 hours of content? if you’ve already beaten just about every thing else besides this bonus content.
I was hoping it was gonna be more like 10+ hours, and i was hoping it would take awhile to get to level 30. if its only gonna take 5 hours to get to 30 and then the content is all done then its just a waste like the other DLC was, just filler.
Meh, i’ll probably still get it.
Naw getting to 20-30 supposedly takes longer than 1-20 just the new quest will take 5 hours.
Which really means 2-3 hours

yeah but how if the extra content wont get you to 30 then how are you supposed to get to 30 if it takes longer than 1-20? because I’ve just about discovered every location and have done almost every quest except a few.
edit: i realize you dont have the answer to this question lol, its just meant to be hypethetical (or how ever you spell it)
The two highly respectable Downloadable Content (DLC) packs for Bethesda Softworks’ Fallout 3 currently available for digital purchase are set to be released on a retail disc for both Xbox 360 and Games for Windows on May 29th, 2009, Electronic Theatre can today reveal.
The package contains both Operation Anchorage and The Pitt, and shall be known as Fallout 3 Downloadable Content: The Pitt and Operation Anchorage. The Xbox 360 cover artwork notes that a storage unit is essential for play, but no reference has yet been made of the capacity that would be required. Though Electronic Theatre has not yet received confirmation, it is expected that the Fallout 3 Downloadable Content: The Pitt and Operation Anchorage retail disc will install the DLC onto the local Hard-Disk Drive (HDD) or Memory Unit, and require the original Fallout 3 disc to remain in the disc drive throughout play. If this is the case, you can expect a plentiful supply of Pre-Owned copies at most major UK retail outlets within days of release.
Fallout 3 Downloadable Content: The Pitt and Operation Anchorage is set to launch in throughout Europe on May 29th, 2009, with a Recommended Retail Price of £14.99. The retail package has been rated 18+ by PEGI.
