So I beat the first game earlier and overall it was really good. There is definately some things I want to see in the 2nd one, mainly more variety in environments like you said Brook and some more colour.
Although the ‘on the fly’ inventory system is mostly good it becomes frustrating when you are overrun by necromorph and you need to heal. I found myself dying a few times just because my health was too low and by the time I reached the medi-kit slot in my inventory I was sliced in half and had to restart from the last checkpoint. So it would have been easier to map the medi-kits to the dpad, instead of having 4 slots for guns, when I only used 2. Or have I completely missed it and that feature is already in there? lol.
So overall ye it was really good despite the few issues I had, and my Collector’s Edition got delivered this morning so i’ll be starting part 2 tonight.
