A classic Resident Evil struggle is running out of ammo, you feel as stranded and alone as ever when your ammo is empty, but on resident evil 5, if you run out you just tell your mate and he gives you some, and if you both run out, it’s not a struggle, it becomes funny, and you both end up slashing wildly with the pathetic knife system until one of them drops you some ammo. there’s more reasons also but fuck it next…
2. There’s too many zombies(if u can call them that)… yeah, too many of them, too many to the point where it’s not scary, your not shocked by them round the next corner anymore instead you end up thinking “oh for goodness sake, this is getting stupid” I remember when i was about 10 years old, i bought the first resident evil game, you was in the empty mansion to start with, about 5 mins in, still nothing, then you turned a corner and you saw your first zombie, i got fucking scared like oh my god wtfudge is that!!! that was classic resident evil, not the amount of zombies, but just having them at the right place at the right time was scary enough
just my 2 cents, do you agree, any other reasons why resident evil 5 is just good not great
I agree with the not scary part….that is one thing that made RE series so fun was playing it in the dark…jumping and creeping around each corner cuz your scared to enter…lol, but I like all the zombies, makes it harder…and I personally was waiting for them to make it co-op…i think it adds a whole new level to the game…and in turn that is probably why there are so many zombies….
my main problem with the game is there arnt as many puzzles you have to complete and figure out as RE4….I think thats what made RE4 one of the best games ever and why it got in the top 10 games of all time its first year out…
I do say though, i can not put the controller down un til my girl finally makes me. Lol
