PlayStation 3 users will be able to try a slice of Gran Turismo 5 today. The demo will be released as a part of the Thursday PSN store update.
Tghe demo consists of a playable single track Time Trial, racing the Nissan 370Z around the Indianapolis Motor Speedway road course. Those with the best combined times will be invited to take part in a Europe-wide competition which will see the best racers taken to Silverstone racetrack in the UK where they’ll get behind the wheel of a Nissan 370Z for real as part of 2010’s GT Academy. The official website has the rankings of all top players who compete.
