In an effort to steal our gaming attention, Lionhead just posted a new blog teasing that next week will bring a BIG Fable 2 announcement.
“I dare say it’s a big announcement regarding Fable II, next week!” says the teasing blog, which can only logically be referring to one thing … Fable 2 DLC. That’s if logic holds true. It’s either DLC or some sort of big announcement telling us that they’ll be releasing a game patch that’ll make those Pub Games cheaters’ copies of Fable 2 start on fire the next time the game is loaded. Wouldn’t that be fun?

I was just getting fed up of it man. It would crash on me literally after every half hour.
So in the end i thought fuck it. I had finished the main story and got all those “Choice” achievements so i just got rid.

After a week long delay, Lionhead Studios and Microsoft just pulled the curtain back on their BIG Fable 2 announcement and, as we expected, it’s new downloadable content!
Releasing mid-December, the 800 Microsoft point Fable 2 “Knothole Island” DLC will be a new island to explore, where it’s your hero’s goal to bring sunshine back to an island that has suddenly been blanketed in snow. Snow that has left everyone either dead or really chilly. The DLC will also come with new items including Knight’s Boots, Assassins Gloves, Weight Loss Potion and a collectible silver book. In total, there will three new quests, six new weapons, dozens of potions, and 50+ new leaderboards.
Finally, for those who aren’t interested in the Knothole Island DLC yet want to play co-op with those who have made the purchase, Lionhead will be releasing free DLC that’ll allow access to the island through co-op.

Meh. Why don’t the make games full before releasing them? Why should I pay 60 dollars and then nearly another 20 just to play the full game.
I don’t like the way DLC works, it’s retarded. Glad I got rid of Fable 2.
