I think you had to Pre-Order yours from GameStop to get into the demo early, but am not too sure, if you are even bothered about it then give the people you pre-ordered from a call and ask.

If they don’t give out codes and you never put the money down then cancel it and go to gamestop and you still should get a code.
I only Pre-ordered mine this morning from Play.com and my code came through a few hours later.
