Just a little something i’ve been thinking about and wouldn’t mind your opinion on.
There are tons of turn based rpg’s out there, games like Final Fantasy, but i must admit that i prefer the action rpg’s, games such as Oblivion and Fallout 3.
The thing about turn based is that it takes me out of the experience too much. I hate random battles, they take too long, especially with the added loading times.
I like to be able to explore the world and fight at my own will.
I think the only turn based rpg’s i have really been addicted to are the Pokemon games lol. If you could even call them genuine rpg’s.
Anyway let me know what you think, and also tell me what your favourite rpg’s are……… if you have any that is. :^:

It really depends. But overall Action. Pokemon was a great Turn Based but the original Fallout & 2 where turn based and it wasnt in my opinion as good as action

I prefer action especially KOTOR not to say I didn’t enjoy the earlier pokemons which were definitely RPG’s (just very original 1’s), I never really got into final fantasy except the original tactics on GBA which was the shit.
