yeah I just got one. its a black ops bundle lmao. they had a free 100 gift card at bestbuy. I was able to get my old one to boot with the hairdryer trick and i backed up more saves andgot my infamous 2 disk out. im trying to see if I can back the whole shit up since its running so im trying to transfer shit now but its going slow as hell.

My boy tried the hair dryer trick. It worked, but only long enough to get the game out far enough to pull it out.

Plus, you trying to send it in is a no go. You upgraded the hard drive and they will charge you $30 to $50 more dollars to fix it. They will not ship you another one. The same guy that I know that done the hair dryer trick had that happen to him.

yeah that dryer shit worked. twice :lol: I was able to back up all my saves and most data on an external drive and restore it ont he new slim. Some files and the actual downloadable games it just would not back up so i have those games and files downloading now from my accounts download list.

Took like 2 days but at least I didnt loose any saves or trophys. I will be in patch hell though :lol:

Pfft! I’d rather have a new Xbox than I would a Playstation. Microsoft need to start over with that shit in my opinion and bring it back to the beast it was in the beginning before all that Kinect bullshit. I’ve bought 3 games for 360 this year and all of them were fighters. Mortal Kombat, Marvel vs Capcom 3 and SSFIV: Arcade Edition. Gotta wait a year and a half for a brand new Halo game but in the meantime we get a revamped version of the Original Halo that i’m not that interested in due to everything else that is coming out at the same time. Give me a new Alan Wake, give me a new Kameo. Secure some more big name exclusives that makes me want to play their system more.

Its is still too early for a PS4 in my opinion. Late 2013 or early 2014 is a better date for it.
I also read that this might not necessarily be a PS4 or something more like a PS3.5
Hoping this is a false rumor or gets postponed if true.
I would like see a new Xbox come out I’m guessing 2013. Halo 4 will be the last major release of that console.
