Daigo is not the end all be all of street fighter man. The jury on “best in the world” is out. I dont think he is. Daigo has been beaten many times.

Do your research man… John Choi beat him and you have Alex Valle who beat him, Justin wong (from that video who is also super nice and who also beat him and I have seen wong play in person) and and there are many others like Watts who are superstars of this street fighter shit. Some of these dudes like Choi have went to japan and won (SBO) over there.

People take that one clip and say “wow OMG OMG” and yeah its a good clip but there are lots of other people as good or even better than Daigo that have proven it by beating his ass LOL.

dude ALEX VALLE is one the best US street fighter players ever. I am pretty sure he was one of the first
to go to japan to play their champ. He has won top player in like every sf game. and yes he beat daigo. He is a legend for sure.

I do not think they know who Choi is. This man came back from nowhere folks. He competed in the Gamespot SFIV tourney. He lost in the finals to a new comer, but that how it goes. His Sagat was nothing to that mans Rufus.
