          So I took a few days off from playing this game, and finally got back on to it tonight. I took out the Hydra in the Darkroot Basin. He was actually pretty easy, but you need to get up close to him, otherwise he will keep shooting that Ice Beam shit at you. Just be careful of getting TOO close though, because although you have to wade out into the water there is a drop off point, so if you get too close you will fall to your death. You need to get close enough for it to start attacking with it’s heads, not the Ice Beam.

              You can only kindle a bonfire when you are Un-Hallowed (Human), you need Humanity to become human and then to kindle the bonfire. It basically gives you 10 Estus Flasks instead of 5, so it’s really helpful to do it, but coming across Humanity is rare. I’d suggest try to kindle at every bonfire you come across, providing you have enough Humanity in the inventory.

                Brook, if you are Un-Hallowed and have Humanity, do it it. It’s a necessity because you won’t be able to receive 10 Estus Flasks unless you kindle the flame.

                  I am human/unhallowed and have humanity. Im a dark souls gangsta lol but where do you go after you beat the first big ass demon and then you see the dude staring at the sun? My guide should be here next week.

                    I’ll be your map.

                    Go back to where you can see the dragon. Hug the right side of the wall and run forward. When you see the demons… DO NOT FIGHT THEM! Just keep running until you see rail on the right side. Go to the rail and take the stairs. Then follow your nose!

                      How do you defeat the armadillo with armor on? :lol: also did I have to kick that ladder to make it acessible from the bottom by the bonfire?

                        Use the lighting item to make you sword have a lighting ability. Remember, treat this game like real world. Water cancel Fire, Fire cancel Lighting (don’t know how), Lighting cancel Water. If it’s a plant use Fire on it. Burn that bitch! I hope my little guide help you.

                          Brook I told you about the Dragon when you asked me the other day lol. Stick to the right and run down the stairs, and yes you should have kicked the ladders to make a shortcut. You also need to get some arrows and fire at the Dragons tale when you are under the bridge, he will then drop the Drake Sword.

                          You can take out the Armoured Boar by climbing the stairs to the right of the area and again firing arrows at his back legs. Or wait until he is directly below you and perform a drop attack or another way is lure him into the 2 fires.

                                I fired at the dragons tail from under the bridge but he didnt drop no sword. I got like souls and whatever.

                                I have the lightning item so I guess ill use that on the boar. I had a bunch of arrows but I wasted them on the dragon learning how to shoot them.

                                  Are you sure you didn’t get it? He doesn’t drop it as an Item on the floor, it automatically gets added to your inventory. Make sure you check in your weapons.
