Ok so it seems like everyone is buying this game, which is why the servers crashed when it got released last week. The game looks great and has been getting really good reviews
Well it seems like there are still problems.
Now, i gameshared it with Talon, as this is the game i asked for when he forfeitted the trophy challenge.
Anyway, i cannot Log into the game. Every time i try i get the error message saying “Cannot Connect To EA Servers”
I was worrying that maybe you are not allowed to gameshare this one, but after looking through the forums relating to the game, i found that many people have gameshared it and it works fine.

So obviously the servers are fucked at the moment.
I found something that said, if you download another EA game demo, it will log you into the servers. Then all you have to do is quit the game, load up Battlefield and it should work. Well i did that. I got Fight Night 4, but it’s still not working. If anyone could help then let me know.

I am pretty sure I played this at e3 and it was cool I guess. I wont get it until it works better… though I am interested.

I really not feeling it. It nothing but a WWII version of Warhawk, just with an easier control Airplane.

I tried the demo and wasn’t liking it. Waiting for mm2 and I got killzone 2 to play which I prefer than 1943

With the game being in 1st person it just looks like the whole game controls better. I could never get into Warhawk because of the controls. It was horrible.

So i finally was able to play the game today after i sent an e-mail to EA asking them to unlink my PSN account, then i was able to link it up again properly.
Anyway, the game is great in my opinion.

You can play as an Infantry Soldier, a Rifleman and a Scout.
You can travel by land, sea or air.
You are able to rank up, but it doesn’t give you any perks as far as i can see. It’s good to show off to your friends about how far you have progressed though. You can also earn Stamps for doing certain things within the game. Which i also like.

Like Killzone 2, you are able to squad up with your friends, which i think is a great feature. So if we can get a few more people on the site to get the game, then running it will be alot of fun.

I know there have been problems with the servers but once you get in the game, and give it a chance, i think you will enjoy it.
I mean come on man, for £9.99 which is how much it’s costs here in the UK it’s a great deal, and you could do alot worse.

I think they need to include a few more modes though, as at this moment, there is only one, which is pretty much ‘Capture the flag’. If they can patch through Deathmatch and Team deathmatch then there will be no doubt that this is one of the best downloadable games you can buy.
