beta is fucked. Bungie already put the word out that they are trying to deal with the overwhelming amount of people trying to play.

You know what is so annoying about these servers being fucked, the fact that bungie and Microsoft and whoever else is involved seem to be absolutely clueless about how to set these things up.
I mean you have a massive franchise like Halo. Millions of Fanboys around the world.
They give access to the beta for those people who copped ODST. OK, nice incentive, but to fuck it all up they go live with the beta at the exact same time around the world and then they sit around and say they were overwhelmed with demand and the servers couldn’t cope.
For fuck sake you must have known this shit from the jump.
Surely it would have been better to release the shit to each territory at a different time of the day. That way the servers would not be getting raped all at once.Shit just pisses me off coz then you are sat around waiting for the shit to work. Now in my case I gotta be up early for work so I won’t get a chance to play now until tomorrow night.

Better yet WHY IN THE FUCK CANT YOU QUEUE THE GOT DAMN BETA DOWNLOAD. You have to stay on that retarded screen or else it stops downloading. On top of that if your using hdmi and change the channel while its downloading the whole FUCKING machine reboots.

I need to run this with a few people from the site. I played it last night and thought it was alright…I’m really not feeling the placement of the melee button but I guess I’ll get used to it. The weapons are a step up though. I also like the armor perks.
So far the beta is meh.
Feels like the same old shit.
Graphics on the maps I played don’t look any better than Halo 3, and overall it was just a boring experience.
There was none of them OH SHIT!!! Moments like there was when I first played Battlefield.

Yeah the graphics are upgraded but still just passable. If this is the best xbox 360 can push out then meh. Many games out now do have better graphics.
Honestly the new class system is some bullshit to me. I liked the fact that everyone started out equally in previous versions. My biggest issue with the class is that there are no visual indicators of who has what abilities.
They changed the old default button config without adding remap options? LOL
The battle rifle is hot I must admit but the damn default assault rifle is straight ass. You have to pump a whole damn clip and it still wont kill unless you get a headshot.
Its like instead of innovation all they did was look at the modern warfare 2 perk system and then added something like it with the classes and armor upgrades. Not up my alley… considering that to me modern warfare 2 is dated and nothing special anyway.
Also consider that in team modes your only red or blue anyways LMAO.
I played alot of the beta late last night and this morning and its just not cutting it for me. Ill still buy the game but im not excited about it.
