As far as I know it’s not Metal Gear Solid 5 because Snakes story is now complete. This story focuses on Raiden, hence the Solid being taken out of the title.
Obviously with absolutely no info this is pure speculation but I think it’s going to be a brand new story and possibly won’t tie in with Snake and give any more info into that scenario.
Kojima did state that he classes Peace Walker on PSP as his MGS5.

We’ll see though, only 2 weeks to go until E3.
