I never had that problems before with me. My 360 tray disc is dead.

the only problem i get is sometimes when i try to go on multiplayer, goin into every mode it will say “disconnected from host. returning to single player.” like 10 seconds after you hit A. the solution to this is go to the xbox dashboard (guide–>Y) and go into the game again. game takes mad long to load tho

I didn’t realize this came out only a month ago so I just made it in by like today for the 30-day exchange period for video games and got a brand new disc!!
