So last night I discovered the Final Burn Alpha Emulator for PSP and its retro arcade greatness. I forget how it went down… but I was pretty sure I was searching for Shoot-em-up (SHUMPS) for the PSP and low and behold the mother load.

Basically FBA4PSPS allows you to play all the classic Japanese SHUMPS on the PSP in a sort of TATE mode that takes advantage of the PSP widescreen. I tried some classic CAVE games such as DoDonPachi, ESPrade, Guwange and the games run GREAT at full speed and its total bullet hell!
