Edge magazine is surely one of my favorite video game magazines. I highly recommend. My subscription stays current though they still haven’t sent me my damn free T-shirts but that’s another matter. In any case Edge magazine does some pretty good and detailed reviews. To get into the score breakdown nitty gritty pick one up at Borders or subscribe online. The thing I never liked about Edge was their reviews. They never seemed to make sense. Games like Mirror’s Edge and Resistance get low scores, but Lair gets a high score. I could never figure out what their criteria was for games.
