i was writing an essay that is due tomorrow earlier, i only just completed it (it’s 4:53AM right now, and i can just see the sky turning blue)

anyway, yeah i was about halfway through, and i started playing games for no reason, then i found it hard to stop and get back to my essay, i’m addicted to games too much lol, even when i know it’s the last chance to do an essay i play games anyway lol wtf

do you guys ever lose focus because of games, or miss deadlines because of games?

there was a case once in my college when a dude didn’t come to college because he hadn’t completed the halo 3 campaign yet lol

Man that is all the time. If I am suppose to be doing something, I turn off my cpu monitor and stay away from the game system. I cannot turn it off. I have that same problem, Arthur.

Totally with you Arthur…Im in College too. I tend to stay away from gaming from Monday to thursday (I keep everything unplugged), but find thoughts of my Xbox creeping in constantly. I wanna Plaaaaaaaaayy!!!

Nah, I get my work done first, which is an incentive that if I want to play PS3, I want all my work knocked out so when I finish, I can watch TV or go to sleep.

it’s weird, but i feel a MUCH bigger sense of achievement, if i complete an arcade run on street fighter, or complete a level on gears or win a cup final on fifa than i do if i complete a 1500 word assignment lol
