Do you pefer to buy games new or used, if so why?

For me it depends, I used to buy all new games, but overtime I stop give a fuck, now I give a fuck less lol, once the cd aint to banged up and the game case and manuel are intact I usually buy used

I buy both new and used………used game usually work now, they got this thing that can basicly make the most scratched cd’s look brand new. I get alot of my music cd’s fixed at this one gamestore in town. They put the cd in this big box and it takes every scratch out.

used if they got it, cuz Gamestop guarantees the game, if it dont work Ill take it back….unless I reserve the game or get it the day it comes out…then I usually buy them used if they have it used

Im not sure what its called. The things you buy in the store to buffer out scratches aint got nothing on this thing. The dude told me it will cost you more than a grand though. But i had a cd that was so scratched it wouldnt play, so i took it there and paid like 2 dollars and they put it in, and there was no scratches and it looked like the day i bought it. I see them stick new games you buy in it before they give it to you.

I buy both. I mostly buy used games if its a game that i’m not too sure if it will be any good or not. I try to buy most games new though.

i usually end up buying my games brand new because i just dont have the patience to wait for it to come back used. usually you only end up savin a couple bucks regardless

new only. i dont take chances like brick said and like red bull said u dont save that much money (usually). if you buy new u kno your gettin a fresh disc (unless its like halo 3) and its a little bit of an ocd thing i think; i just cant get used games they have to be new
