What We Know about Castlevania: Lords of Shadow:
– 20-25 hour campeign/story.
– PS3 is lead platform
– Frame Rate is 24-30 fps
– Platforming and puzzles
– Game’s musical score is being written by Spanish composer Óscar Araujo using a 120-piece orchestra, including an 80 person choir. It will also feature previous Castlevania musical themes
– Kojima’s involvement in the development of the game allowed him to assist with things based on his creative viewpoint.

I’m definately more interested in picking this up after seeing more of the gameplay and the graphics look gorgeous.
I don’t think the UK are getting that Limited Edition though because i can’t find it on any of the major retail websites

I recorded a 2 part Watch me Suck video that’s exporting now. Will be up later. It features a part of the game after the demo with some platforming and swinging elements.
Impressions:
If you like god of war and uncharted type games you will like this one. The combat is fun and there is depth for sure. The graphics are WAYY above average and the sound is great as well.
The frame rate is an issue as they say. Luckily I have not noticed any tearing which I think is worse than occasional slowdown to me. There is not much slowdown during battles but at times especially when you fist start playing the game in the first 30 minutes or so it seems not smooth as it should be. After the first hour its not a big issue at all and I guess I got used to it. perhaps because since the stages look so good and the action is fluid. I played 2+ hours my first sit through. i really hope they patch the frame rate to be 30 instead of 24 but without it its ok and Im having fun.
Got mine ordered for delivery on release day.

I played some of the game yesterday and I did enjoy it. I dont think it was great but than again I hate these times of games.
What I really love is the environment in the game. It seems like it keeps changing quite a bit on level to level basics.
Combat is great and isnt to complicated
You collect xp points which you can use to learn new moves like in most game like this.
There already was one puzzle in the game and I couldnt even beat it. Had to use an option to solve it automaticallyWar.
