So Brook and I went to a fighting game tournament today and it got me thinking damn…what games would I want to see in a tournament? When I think of a video game tournament I think of 4 categories:

Fighting
Racing
First Person Shooter
Sports

If you were to go to a tournament what games would you want to see there in each of these categories? Here is my list.

Fighting: SF4, Soul Calibur IV, Smash Bros. Brawl, (I even think Legends of Wrestlemania could be pretty interesting if THQ doesn’t f*ck the game up)
Racing: Mario Kart Wii, Ridge Racer 7, Motor Storm: Pacific Rift
FPS: Halo 3, COD WAW, Killzone 2
Sports: Madden…thats it!!!

THQ sort of has screwed up legends of wrestlemania, the demo is on xbox live marketplace, it’s kinda whack, smackdown plays much much better, only thing going for legends is the fact it has a fantastic roster

Fifa (but duno if enough dudes will play)
Fight Night (when it comes out)
Smackdown vs Raw
Street Fighter (though i’d receive a first round elimination)
