So yes, its pronounced Fortza. Add the “T” and your good to go. I also tried to play Forza Motorsport 3 multiple times and could not get the hang of the handling of the cars. The game was not easy to get into from a control standpoint for me though it looked gorgeous. I am pretty sure my long history as an arcade style racing game fan had much to do with my fail with Forza Motorsport 3 at E3. I actually hit a wall while attempting to turn a corner, flipped the car over and received a bonus because the car landed back intact on four wheels. I played the game that bad. Needless to say Forza Motorsport 3 is for simulation game fans. I was able to watch someone else play the game very fluidly and it did look great. The games menus are sleek with a minimalist almost Wipeout HD (pre-expansion) type aesthetic. The cars are plenty and the graphics are top notch. If you are an arcade racing fan like myself try the game via rental or demo before you drop that $59, euro, pound, or Canadian equivalent on the game.
