Castlevania Harmony of Despair is a “Metroidvania” type of game. A large castle to explore, platforming and 2D action. It looks like they took a Nintendo DS Castlevania game like Portrait of Ruin and ported it in widescreen to the Xbox 360. Fans of those games will have much to enjoy here. The art syle is pixelated but comes across as more charming than jaggy. There is a lot to like in Castlevania Harmony of Despair.
