Alan Wake “The Signal” DLC Announced
The first Alan Wake DLC called “The Signal” has just been announced on GameTrailers before the Microsoft Press Conference. Promised as a true episode it features, new enemies, Barry from the original story also returns as an imaginary vision. The Signal DLC will be free for those who have a unique code distributed with the game in its original packaging.

Project Natal Named “Kinect” for Launch, Ebonics?
Lets cut to the chase. “Kinect” is a dumb name for the new Xbox 360 motion controller. Apparently the name was not the only weird and seemingly off putting this from Microsoft. The “Kinect” event featured Cirque du Soleil dancers. Not hating on cirque du Soleil dancers for what they do but at this event? It’s just weird and seems like a bad fit. See for yourself:
Slim Xbox 360 Revealed… By Mistake
Apparently an ad for the new and slimmer Xbox 360 model was leaked yesterday via a web ad on an Italian website that was no doubt premature as it has been since pulled. In addition to showing the form factor of the new Xbox 360 model it also mentions that it is “Kinect” compatible. Kinect is the final name for Project Natal.

E3 2009: G.I. Joe Game Screens
This new game timed to be released close to the upcoming G.I. Joe movie is apparently supposed to coincide with the 45 year history of the series. There are 16 playable characters to choose from and a two player co-op mode over 20 levels – each with 3-5 areas to explore. Lets hope it doesn’t suck.

E3 2009: Raekwon the Chef Spotted
So yeah I guess Raekwon knows whats up. He was at spotted E3 last week in the Capcom area enjoying some Marvel vs Capcom 2 action. He looks a bit confused handling that Street Fighter pad so perhaps he was doing research for the upcoming free Marvel vs Capcom 2 Mixtape that will feature his lyrical slangology. Apparently the mixtape will also feature Talib Kweli,

E3 2009: Motorstorm Arctic Edge PSP Impressions
Motorstorm Arctic Edge will be released this fall on the PSP and PS2 game consoles. I was able to play the PSP version at E3.
