Your disc tray is fried. I had that happen to me two times. Matter of fact, my extra Xbox 360 is sitting because of a disc tray error. Sorry to hear that. You must have Mircosoft Warranty to have that fixed. If you have not register it at Xbox.com then you all good. If you had, then you best to see if your one year warranty have not expired.
