The light at the end of the tunnel is here. The new 319 MB patch 1.01 finally adds Logitech wheel support in Need For Speed Hot Pursuit. As reported earlier the game did not ship with any Logitech wheel support much to the dismay of many players who raged on the official forums.
The new patch adds proper force feedback with Logitech wheels and also adds actual wheel peripheral options in the controller option menu as seen above.

If your ps3 is online it will automatically prompt the patch download when you boot the game.

Hi, please tell me if there is another way to get this patch without being online. I do not have internet connection from home besides my cell phone. Can this be done this way? Download this patch to my android and connect it to the ps3? I love my G25 wheel and play mostly racing games, hating the fact that I have to use the controller for this. Any input? Thank you.
