Mortal Kombat 9 is looking great so far. Now we have the collectors or “Kollectors” edition which is bundled with a figure from the game of some sort. We also have these leaked images (below) of the Mortal Kombat 9 Tournament Edition which includes of course an arcade joystick.
Note that the Mortal Kombat 9 Tournament Edition seems to have the traditional Mortal Kombat button layout (good luck playing that with other games) and looks like a traditional Happ style joystick which was the most common Joystick in American arcades back in the days of well… arcades. Different and typically more tight than the ball top Japanese style Joysticks. Happ style buttons are also concave and firm and not convex and sensitive like Sanwa Japanese style buttons.
