They technically can still use the internet, but it so slow that it makes it pointless to do so. Also if someone is on the internet, live lags like crazy. Anything other than a new service provider? I asked for more details but none of my cousins understood a damn thing I was saying. I think that the router and the modem are one big box. I know this is vague as hell, but my cousins keep bugging me about it.
