“Crack Factor”…I think that’s a very important concept you just touched on. Games need a certain level of addiction in order for them to be successful long term. COD definitely has that…when that new map pops up in multiplayer its really hard to say no. Same with Halo. I remember being bored out of my mind playing through 20+ rounds of horde mode in Gears. I can’t remember ever feeling bored on COD or Halo…that “Crack Factor” keeps you going for hours…
