With a few stabs at waggling aimed at Nintendo, Microsoft wowed the crowd at their press Conference today when they unveiled “Natal” their motion sensing technology. Vocal, facial, and motion recognition from their upcoming Netal camera based technology.

“Its not about re-inventing the wheel its about no wheel.” This statement was no doubt a stab at Nintendo. Sony was ignored pretty much as Microsoft seemed to target Nintendo at every turn.
Lionhead studios own Peter Molyneux unveiled “Milo” an interactive virtual boy of sorts. Interesting stuff. Also shown were Netal paint, fighting and racing applications.
