Here in Chicago I pre-ordered Vice City and San Andreas from EB Games and Gamestop respectively when they came out and I was always able to pick them up after 6:00 PM the day before they were suppose to go on sale, that was also before the midnight sale events became such a big deal so I might be getting that shit on the real release date.
