its not too hard to do. there are also people who sell the premade cases and all you gotta do is order the buttons and stick and wire it up. Heres a link to a good place I order from.
You gotta get the sanwa or semisu buttons and stick.
Or you can go american and get HAPP parts . I personally like the japanese parts better.
