This has not been officially announced by Capcom but after months of speculation and rumors it looks like Marvel Vs Capcom 2 is coming put on XBLA judging by this list of achievements. Gotta give props to marano for telling me about this as well.

This is really one of the few games I can’t wait for. I remember playing this game way back when I was like 10 and having it for around 15 bucks with HD Remix graphics will be a blast.
