Can The PSP-3000 Be Hacked Yet?

As of right now the psp-3000 cant be hacked. I guess sony was being careful with it and tried not to leave any mistakes but i would recommend getting the Fat psp’s much better and more reliable for hacking. Some people say they cant get the psp slims custom firmware to run properly too. I also even hear that the screen for the 3000 sucks but thats just all i know about it so far. Again its better off you get the fat version psp if your going to hack but if your getting a psp in general just get a psp-2000. Also are you going to be hacking this yourself or will you get someone to do it for you?

hacking the 2000 series is easy.

At least you can use Skype with out a mic.

– you can backup (to your computer) any game in the psp drive to a computer when its connected via usb.

– you can play any “backup” psp or ps1 game file on your memorystick without the actual psp disk

– you save a shitload of battery life because you playing off memory card and not the spinning drive. Your battery lasts over twice as long. Probly 3x as long

– You can change the speed of games.

– able to save/load your games whenever and wherever you want to.

– In-XMB Rrecovery Mode: Meaning that you’ll be able to do all the changes you do in the Recovery mode without rebooting your PSP.

– You can run genesis, snes, and nes emulators on your psp

I play Mike Tysons Punch-out!! on my psp all the time.
