      The IFMagazine.com entertainment website reports that film producer Erwin Stoff (The Matrix, A Scanner Darkly) is developing a live-action adaptation of Sunrise’s Cowboy Bebop multi-genre action anime series for Fox. Recent news also indicates that “The Matrix” star, Keanu Reeves, could be playing lead character Spike. I know this is exciting news for those of you who, like me, loved the Anime. As of today a release date is unknown.

          I am a huge Bebop junkie. I just hope it do not suck. Reeves can play a Spike if he play like he did in the matrix. I referring to his style of acting. The cynical way.

              I love Bebop…It’s the anti-Anime Anime. The heroes are very atypical of the usual spiky haired do-gooders. It’s somewhat provacative and deals with its stories in a mature, yet innocent manner. The fights are good…normally more realistic than most anime battles. Plots are interesting very uncliche…I say give it a shot.

                People have been raving about this series yo…..Cowboy Bebop must be something else for Trigun. Cuz they were about the same length….26 episodes.

                  Yea if you like Trigun, you’ll like Bebop. Cool gun battles and such.

                      Samarai Champloo does rock…Never watched it consistantly though. The music was probably the best I’ve ever heard in an Anime. Truly hot shit!
