Ok.
My router burned out a few days ago. so we got a new one. we set it up and i was on xbox live and everything was fine. i goto work and come home ready to play and i cant sign in. i test my connection and it says im wired but my xbox live option failed. i have that set to take it out of my account every month…so i dont know what the problem is. It wont even let me onto try to fix the payment option. Im sad.

Look man u just need to phone up microsoft and get them to deal with it.

Yeah my live is screwed too. Although I know what my problem is. Microsoft can’t take out a payment from my card because I ceased payment, but because of that I cant access live to update my sh-….This probably doesn’t help though..:p

im don’t wanna sound like a “fanboy” but smurf when will you people learn that ms is software company so hardware is not the strongest suit, do yourself a favor and throw that shit out the window and buy a gaming system with reliable hardware…
