Playstation 3 Firmware 2.40 Out Now… Disappoints

      So the in-game XMB, custom soundtracks, and trophy’s are now officially released with today’s release of firmware 2.40… or is it?

        Ye i agree it is dissapointing that no games support custom soundtracks, i wouldn’t mind playing Motorstorm again but not having the option to play my own music just puts me off.
        I’m enjoying trying to get the trophies though. I think i have earned 4 on Super Stardust today.
        I’m just wanting the developers to patch the trophies into their games quick. It can’t be that hard to do.

            Are you fucking serious? What the fuck is wrong with these guys these day. I’m getting pissed off. Custom Soundtrack shit must be enabled also? Sound like the last XBOX.

            I do not want Trophies, Money or not even a title saying I am number "1". You can have your cheap trophies, paper titles, and dingy headbands.               yo stardust HD supports custom soundtracks but the music gotta be on your ps3 harddrive. I need custom soundtracks in ridgeracer 7 dammit!

                yea i was gonna copp cod4 used until i read that not only are they not patching rumble, these assholes are also not adding trophy support or use of custom tracks:mad:

                  Man Ridge Racer is horrible. It’s graphics is amazing. That was going to be my first game, until I played the Demo. Man I be spinning around so much I hate it.

                      It takes a while to get used to it but soon enough you’ll be flying round those bends with ease.

                              I think PS3 is trying too hard to keep up with Xbox. If PS3 takes their time with their shit, then I believe they would get more sales IMO.
