The Official Character List Thread
Here, post the characters you would most like to see on the upcoming game Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
Kirby Franchise—
Waddle Dee: My personal favortie of the Kirby franchise, I always had a soft spot for the innocent creature since my days playing Kirby mini-games with friends on the 64. As I see it far from reality that Waddle Dee will be made into a playable character as an already new Kirby franchise character has been added {Meta Knight}, hopefully he will get made into an assist trophy.
Zelda Franchise—
Midna: As the princess of the twilight realm has many unique abilities, and is growing ever more popular, I can only wait for her to be played. With her twilight powers she could have an admirable skill set to please most gamers. Also, she is a female competitor, which SSBB creator has stressed he wants more of.
Third Party Possibilities—
Crash Bandicoot: A very interesting character, and an addicting game in its time. Few have played that game without succumbing to anger when failing a mission. With his gadgets and weird skill set he could have a decent attack list.
Conker: COME ON, you know you loved the little fluff ball that took Matrix to a new high twirling on his middle finger while dodging a barrage of bullets. Would be a very unique character.
Sonic: SSBB’s obvious option for a third party character. Just imagine Mario and sonic, ONE ON ONE, it would be classic.
Mega Man: Wow, what a honor it would be playing as the legendary MegaMan eh’? With all his different suits of the future, or even his normal suit displayed on the 64, of course with unique blaster upgrades, MM could serve as a future great if given a chance.
Bomberman: Lol, I loved the game for NES, the multilayer was CLASSIC, especially with the extra controller slots added on. Then it’s 3D return on the 64 helped boosts this Bombers credibility. He would definitely be a fun character.
Isaac: What a great character this could be. Another sword wielder, but with something new to bring to the game. His earth psynergy! Would be a great add on.
Medabee: LOL, just a fun add on, Medabots were huge in there time and would be a great add on, though I highly doubt it will happen.
Rayman: An addition made by someone else I see possible, Rayman is very unique from all players and would be a quirky but fun addition to the franchise.
Viewtuful Joe: Interesting character suggestion that I have decided to add. Joe brings VERY unique time based powers to the game, but in reality thats either the reason he WILL make it in or the reason he WONT.

Ratchet or jak have no connection with Nintendo, Ike from fire emblem is already here so that throws out siguard, shadow would most likely be next ssb if snoic EVEN makes it in this one, King Mickey I highly doubt, maybe normal mickey, im sure hes been on nintendo before, Rikku the guy from KH or the girl from FFX/FFX-2, EITHER have no chance though, Sora would be kool but i defienelty dont see that happening as CLOUD doesnt even have a chance.

most of those chars i said have been in a nintendo game rachet and jak could happen as they arent owned by sony(maybe lol) and if sonic doesnt make shadow axed

ridley08/18/2007 at 4:05 pm #16595Ridley every thinks has already made it, but i hate the thought of it, Geno is some elf like dude from Mario RPG for the SNES, he was decent but i don’t really care so much for him, but it could happen, Revolver Ocelot DEFINETLY won’t happen, the only time he would have a chance is next year, there not already gunna add Snakes arch nemisiss, and if they did that would take up 2 of the 4 third party spaces which wouldnt be worth it…Wolf would be kool but i suppose they would have to take away Falcon? If anything a female character from Star fox is most likely though…Viewtiful Joe, possibly. DBZ character has NO chance as they already have a fighting type game, this isn’t free lance DBZ budokai, lmao. lol yeah the dbz revolver and king dedee was a HUGE STRECH LOL but krystal from star fox could get in instead and there only adding 4 third party slots i thought 2 WOOOOOOT

08/19/2007 at 8:18 pm #16632Meh don’t go so highly on that, though of course there the obvious choices. Sonic has a GREAT chance, Megaman’s is slimmer. I hope the both make ti in though, it would be very fun to play with them.
I think I mentioned Krystal from Starfox didn’t I? Anyways I’m not to keen on her being playable, but she’d be better then a lot of other useless girls. But come on there must be better female characters then a fucking fox with a vagina, excuse the language, lmao.

yeah i read about it eariler today and i like fire emblem one of my favorite games earthbound could happen and since diddy kong got in(thought hed be a assist trophy for sure)then king cruel is gone but it also means that many character from some of these serious can get in ex

Shy Guy-They will most likely be in the Yoshi levels like in the past, maybe making an appearance as a small bit character in the story mode, maybe even an assist trophy {HIGHLY DOUBTFUL ON THE ASSIST TROPHY THOUGH}
Boss of Ice Climbers-Are the ice climbers even coming back? I heard they were gone? If they do I doubt they will get another person added from they’re franchise.
